My 'Why?'

I am a big advocate of a ‘balanced’ lifestyle, one without restriction or obsession. As a personal trainer and online fitness coach, I believe in creating a lifestyle that balances all the complex areas of your life, definitely not one that’s under the thumb of your diet and training, or that evermore present 24/7 grind mentality. No carb-less diets, no endless cardio sessions, no ‘oh I’m sorry I can’t go out for dinner, I’m on a diet’ moments - you get the idea. Your nutrition and training plans should enhance your life, not control it. 

My Knowledge

As a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Sport Scientist and Online Fitness Coach, I believe I can give you a well rounded, science backed approach to helping your reach whatever fitness and health goals you desire. I am constantly educating myself, and growing as a professional, along with offering something a little different than others in this ever-competitive world of fitness.


As a qualified Women's Health Practitioner, I specialise in Women's Health and Fitness, including Pre and Post Natal Fitness.

For me, training and nutrition are the foundations of self-care; I personally move my body because it feels good, and I nourish my body so it thrives. To me, these two things are an investment, a little effort everyday, for a long term reward of being healthy and happy, not forgetting that they soon become your biggest habitual asset. 

ONLINE COACHING

Includes:

  • Individualised training program specific to your goals, giving you the best results. Including completely tailored workouts to fit your lifestyle, routine, likes/dislikes, equipment you have access to and what you enjoy.


  • Custom meal plan or macronutrients goal, specific to the results you desire, along with your likes, dislikes, meals out, takeaways. 


  • Exclusive monthly yoga classes recorded by our in house yoga instructor, Georgina at Pura Vida. 


  • Unlimited contact with me via WhatsApp, giving you the security of being able to ask me anything, anytime.


  • Weekly check-ins to monitor progress + make adjustments if needed.


  • All content delivered to you via a personalised, easy to access app.


  • Beth Johns Coaching wellness journal. 


  • Monthly education in the form of workshops, 60 second videos, Q&A's and more!


  • My private client facebook group dedicated to community of likeminded women, on the exact same journey as you. We share support, accountability tips, tricks, recipes and complete challenges together.

I am a Leeds based personal trainer, based in my own private fitness studio in Shadwell, North Leeds.

Includes a 1 hour long 1-1 session with me per week, along with all of the online support above.
